With experience analyzing property performance and revenue models, Rui advises property developers and individual owners on strategies to maximize return on investment (ROI) through short-stay and rental optimization.
Her expertise lies in revenue strategy, pricing models, and operational scalability within the hospitality and property management industry. Rui has worked closely with developers and property owners to transform underutilised or unsold units into high-performing hospitality assets.
She is also frequently invited as a guest speaker to share insights on short-stay market trends, revenue optimisation, and property monetisation strategies for investors and developers.

Feng holds a Master’s degree in Finance and specialises in the technical and systems side of operations. His expertise focuses on building scalable operational systems, data frameworks, and technical infrastructure that support the company’s growing portfolio of properties.
With a strong analytical mindset, Feng leads the development of internal systems that improve efficiency in property management, performance tracking, and operational automation. His work ensures that operational processes remain structured, scalable, and data-driven as the business expands.
