Sleepy Bear at AYER Parents' Day Market 2026: Bringing Themed Short-Stay Living to Bukit Puchong
From 12 to 14 June 2026, Sleepy Bear joined AYER Holdings at the AYER Parents' Day Market, a three-day community celebration held at the AYER Bukit Puchong Sales Gallery. The event marked the activation of AYER's newly renovated sales gallery and brought together families from across Puchong for a weekend built around shopping, food, entertainment, and time spent together.
As the appointed short-stay accommodation partner for AYER Bukit Puchong, Sleepy Bear used the occasion to introduce visitors to two of its signature themed units: Playscape and Gamehaus, both conceptualized, designed, and delivered by the SB PLUS design team.
A Family-First Weekend at AYER Bukit Puchong
The AYER Parents' Day Market was built around a simple idea: give families a reason to spend a weekend together while getting an early look at what AYER Bukit Puchong has to offer. Running each day from 4pm to 10pm with free entry, the market brought more than 50 Haowan Market vendors onto the grounds, alongside live band performances, a special appearance by Chloe Yuz, and a steady lineup of activities aimed squarely at parents, grandparents, and children alike.
Visitors could pick up a free manicure or a flower giveaway for parents, unwind in an Ogawa massage chair, or let the kids loose on a LEGO experience workshop, a Perler beads station, a mini petting zoo, and an inflatable castle. Lucky draws and exclusive giveaways ran throughout the event, and registered visitors walked away with an RM6 Haowan Market voucher on top of everything else on offer. For a development still building its presence in the neighbourhood, it was a well-judged way to turn a sales gallery activation into a genuine community event rather than a purely commercial one.

Sleepy Bear's presence at the market centred on two themed accommodation concepts built specifically for AYER Bukit Puchong: Playscape and Gamehaus.
Playscape is designed around families with children, built as an interactive environment that turns a short stay into an experience in its own right rather than just a place to sleep. Gamehaus takes the opposite but complementary approach, built around social gaming and entertainment for guests who want their stay to double as a hangout space. Both units were conceptualized, designed, and delivered end to end by SB PLUS, Sleepy Bear's in-house design and build arm, and both were on show throughout the weekend for visitors to explore in person.
